Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all original fashion tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
